Mushrooms, the TIRO shuffle and people with long hair
My day part 1- First of all, If I miss another practical cooking lesson because of PSHE I WILL strangle someone. Maybe that guy that works at Laserquest, I never really liked him. The reason this annoys me I because I no longer have the time to make a sauce to put my 500g (!) or so of mushrooms in. And this conversation wouldn’t happen:
Mrs. W: So, whats in your sauce?
Me: Uhhhhhh…..
Part 2: On a more positive note, I have nearly perfected the “Time is Running Out Shuffle”. I got some practice in at lunchtime, but I’ve been really going at it whilst I’m at home.
Dear God, I hope my family doesn’t read this…
Part 3: Here’s a delightful little anecdote I received whilst delivering newspapers….
Felix: Do you have to go all the way up here to get your papers?
Me: Yeah, the Dredges.
Felix: Yeah, I know where it is.
!?!?! IF YOU KNOW, WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING SMALL TALK ABOUT IT?! AND THEN PATRONISING ME?!?!?! Go and cut your hair, and let me do my poorly-paid job.
